The 5-step playbook
- List 30 targets. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (free 1-month trial) or just LinkedIn search: "HR Director" + "Saudi Arabia" / "Talent Acquisition" + "Riyadh" / "Career Services" + "Misk / Tuwaiq / SEC". Pick SMEs first — they decide faster.
- Warm them up. Follow + react to 2-3 of their posts for a week. They'll recognize your name before you slide in.
- Send the email template below. Short, outcome-focused, no pitch deck attached yet.
- Book a 20-minute Zoom. Your only goal: "Does a 3-month free pilot make sense?"
- Follow up 3 times. Day 3, day 7, day 14. Most deals close on email #3 or #4.

Zoom call — open-to-close script
Minute 0-2: Thank them, ask what took their attention.
Minute 2-8: Let them talk. Ask: "What's the #1 bottleneck in hiring right now?" — listen.
Minute 8-14: Demo only the 2-3 features most relevant to their bottleneck. No full tour.
Minute 14-18: The ask: "I'd love to set up a 3-month free pilot. We'd need 3 hiring managers from your team, one Slack channel, and a 15-min weekly review. In exchange, you get the platform free + one honest case-study write-up at the end. Does that work?"
Minute 18-20: Send calendar invite on-screen. Don't leave without a date.
Pilot agreement — one-liner
Maqam grants [Company] a free 3-month pilot covering unlimited use of the platform. In exchange, [Company] agrees to (1) designate one primary contact, (2) use Maqam as their first-choice sourcing tool for at least 2 open roles, (3) participate in a 30-minute case-study review at month-3. Either side may terminate on 7 days' notice.
